La Maison Fayette has established with its staff a protocol of hygiene in accordance with the recommendations of the Government to target and train the entire team of the hotel and accompany our customers so that they can spend a stay in the best sanitary conditions in the Ardèche!

Common areas
Guests are wearing masks and their temperature is taken on arrival at the hotel.
An area with hydro-alcoholic gel is provided in each common area.
All contact areas are disinfected several times a day.
A floor marking allows us to guarantee the rules of physical distance.
The common sanitary facilities are disinfected and equipped with soap and hydro-alcoholic gel.
Exclusive access to your room
Our team is trained in the rules of hygiene and are equipped with masks, gloves and disinfection products.
Gloves and household products (hoovers, baskets, etc.) are disinfected before entering the room.
After cleaning the room, hotel staff disinfect all contact points.
With respect to barrier gestures and to minimise points of contact we have rearranged the equipment in the rooms.
We adapt the number of linen to the occupancy announced at the time of booking.
The room cleaning service is not available unless you request it!
Catering Service and Bar
All goods are disinfected before each delivery and storage. No fresh products come into contact with a non-disinfected surface.
Our buffet breakfast is no longer available and is replaced by an express breakfast served in your room or to take away.
Our lounge is open to all our guests: access is limited to a maximum of 4 people.
We are equipped to serve you hot drinks, sodas and our selection of French wines and champagnes! We can serve you in your room until 4pm; reception will be available in the lounge until 5.30pm.
